Your clients can't remember everything. Now they don't have to.

Between sessions, habits shift, symptoms flare, good weeks and hard ones come and go. By the time they're sitting with you, most of it has faded. You're making expert recommendations on an incomplete picture — not because your clients aren't trying, but because human memory was never built for this.

Cirdia fixes that. Effortlessly, privately, weekly.

Free to partner. Your clients pay for their own subscription and get 15% off because you sent them.

What Your Clients Get

Tap-n-Track is a free app with one interaction: a single tap. Your clients open it, tap what happened, carry on with their day. No forms, no friction. Over time it builds a record of their habits, symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, stress, movement — whatever matters for your work together. A complete picture with meaningful connections revealed.

Every week, automatically, Cirdia Insights analyzes that record and finds the real connections. Not what they already know — the invisible ones. The patterns that only emerge across weeks of data. Things like:

"Low water intake three days in a row consistently precedes your afternoon energy crashes" "Your sleep quality drops two nights after high-stress days — not the same night" "Your symptom flares cluster around specific habit patterns, not random timing"

They receive their insights privately first. Then they decide what to bring to you. They arrive knowing what's actually been going on — not approximating.

Tap-n-Track is free to download. There's a sample insights report inside.

Why Privacy Matters — For You and Your Clients

When you recommend a tool to your clients, your professional trust goes with it. That means what happens to their data reflects on you.

Your clients track intimate things. Cycle patterns. Symptoms. Mood. Sleep. What they eat and drink. How their body is changing. This is not data that should ever be monetized, aggregated, or used for anything other than helping the person who it belongs to.

Cirdia was built on a single principle: we are structurally incapable of using your clients' data.

Their data is encrypted on their device before it ever moves. Analysis happens in temporary processing containers that exist for minutes, then permanently erase themselves. Nothing is stored on any server. Not by us. Not anywhere. This isn't a policy promise — it's how the system was built. Even we cannot access their unencrypted health information.

You can recommend Cirdia without reservation. Your clients' most intimate data stays exactly where it belongs — with them.

Built for the Complexity Your Clients Are Living

Women's bodies change across every decade of life — and most wellness tools weren't built for that reality.

Whether your clients are tracking their cycles for fertility awareness, trying to conceive, recovering postpartum, managing PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, or fibroids — navigating the brain fog, sleep disruption, hot flashes, night sweats, mood shifts, weight changes, and fatigue of perimenopause — adjusting post-menopause, managing thyroid conditions, hormonal shifts, or simply noticing that what worked for their body five years ago no longer does — weekly pattern analysis gives you both something real to work with.

FAQ

Have a question about becoming a partner? You can find answers to the most frequently asked questions here.

What does my client actually pay?

Tap-n-Track is free to download and use. Cirdia Insights — the weekly pattern analysis — is $79/year ($6.58/month). Clients referred through your link automatically receive 15% off.

What are recommended trackables?

When your clients onboard, they search your name and see the tracking categories you've set up for your practice. They load them instantly — no manual configuration needed on their end. You set these up once when you become a partner. They can be standard Cirdia categories or custom ones specific to how you work.

How do clients share their insights with me?

They don't have to — and nothing is shared automatically. Insights are delivered privately to your client first. If they choose to share, they can email you their report, send it by text, or upload a PDF to whatever portal or system you use to receive client information. Cirdia doesn't integrate with practitioner portals because we don't hold the data or the insights — only your client does.

Do my clients need a wearable?

No. Insights works entirely from what your clients track manually — their habits, symptoms, and daily lived experience. If they already wear a device that syncs to Apple Health or Google Health, they can optionally connect that biometric data to enrich their insights. But it's never required.

Is there any ongoing cost or commitment?

No ongoing cost, no commitment. You can update your recommended trackables or step away at any time.
